The story behind the campaign

Picture this: a coding lab buzzing with energy, students swapping ideas over coffee, and a growing number of young women redefining what a coder looks like.

Lovely Professional University wanted to make their stories visible, to show that coding isn’t just about logic; it’s about courage, creativity, and community.

That’s where Women Who Code came in. Conceived and executed by Lokpriy, this campaign featured real students and alumni from the School of Computer Science & Engineering, each sharing her own journey through bugs, breakthroughs, and big dreams.

Across three short reels, the series blended authenticity with aspiration, filmed in everyday campus settings and released around International Women’s Day. The response was electric. Thousands of students engaged, shared, and joined coding clubs after watching peers they could truly relate to.

The campaign didn’t just celebrate achievement; it sparked conversation, reshaped perception, and positioned LPU as a campus where women in tech thrive and lead.

The narrative is still unfolding, with deeper layers yet to be discovered.

Every great journey is shaped by ideas, ambition, and a drive to create what’s next. Step inside to explore the vision, the people, and the purpose behind what we’re building.
